1. Booking Rules

All bookings made through the FCA Pro Booking platform are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment or verification may be required prior to your slot.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the booked slot to be eligible for rescheduling or refund (if applicable). Late cancellations may incur penalties.

3. Ground Conduct

Players are expected to maintain sportsmanship and respect the facilities. FCA Ground Management reserves the right to cancel bookings or ban individuals who violate these standards.

4. Liability

FCA is not liable for any injuries sustained during play or for the loss of personal property at the arenas.
